So if you’re here to list a rust bucket with four mismatched tyres — probably not the right place.

2. Setting Up Your Account

To list or connect with buyers, you’ll need an account.
That means:

  • Real name
  • Working email
  • Valid phone number

For certain listings, we might ask for proof of ownership.
Not to be nosey — just to keep things legit.

Your login info is your responsibility.
Don’t share it. Don’t lose it.
If something feels off, let us know fast.


3. Listing Premium Cars

Want to list a car?
It needs to pass our inspection first.

We’re not talking about a quick once-over.
We mean a proper check — condition, history, paperwork, the works.

Each listing has to include:

  • A full inspection report
  • Clean, high-resolution photos (taken by you or approved by us)

No fibbing on mileage or damage.
Make stuff up and we’ll pull your listing and possibly your whole account.


4. Fees and Paid Features

Initial review? Totally free.
But once your car passes, there may be a listing fee.

You’ll also have options like:

  • Featured spots on the homepage
  • Special badges
  • Promo packages

You’ll always see the cost before anything goes through.
Payments are handled through trusted gateways.
If your card declines or your bank says no — we’re not responsible for that.


5. Your Responsibilities

Sellers: You confirm the car is yours to sell, free from loans, liens or drama.
Buyers: You accept that the car is sold “as-is” unless something else is agreed in writing.

Use the chat feature properly.
No abuse, no spam, no scams.
Be decent — or your account’s gone.


6. Ownership of Stuff on the Site

Everything you see — logos, layout, text, designs — belongs to PrimeCars.shop or our partners.
Please don’t nick it.

When you post a listing, you’re giving us permission to:

  • Show it on our site
  • Resize your images if needed
  • Use it in emails, featured pages, or promos

We won’t claim your content as ours — but we will use it to promote your car.


7. What We’re Responsible For (and What We’re Not)

We try to make sure everything runs smoothly.
But we’re a marketplace — not your mechanic.

We vet cars before they’re listed, sure.
But we don’t guarantee perfection, and we’re not part of the sale.
If something goes wrong later, it’s between you and the other person.

We’re not liable for things like:

  • Hidden damage
  • Paperwork issues
  • Any weirdness after the sale

Basically, use the site wisely. Ask questions. Do your checks.


8. Your Privacy

We only collect what we need to keep the site running.
No selling your info. No shady deals.

We might share your details with:

  • Inspection partners
  • Payment processors
  • Legal authorities (if it ever comes to that)

9. Changing the Rules

10. Kicking You Off (Nicely or Not)

  • Don’t pay fees
  • Or just act shady

Want to leave on your own terms? No problem.
Ask us to close your account.
Just know we might keep some info on file if the law says we have to.


11. Legal Stuff

All of this runs under the laws of Pakistan.
If there’s ever a dispute, it’ll be handled by the courts here.
